I could use anything remotely dangerous and the point still stands. Irresponsible behaviour (in the shootings case, gun safety) can lead to accidents or disasters.

Reduced risk I assume. Aus Legislation requires a Class B safe for your rifle or paintball marker and another safe of any category for your ammo.
