Yeesh it's $50 to get a passing grade reviewed!!! You get a refund if successful though! There is a list of FAQs on the first link...quite useful

yes you should check with your lecturer first, have a look at the FAQs on the first link I gave you too though, they tell you everything you need to know, you only have 10 working days to lodge an application.

so annoyed but - MPW and WB were both 2% which was only about 1 mark in the exam off a D so close.... but ah well

I think I will apply for an appeal on my torts exam. I am not sure what happened there. I suppose just an explanation as to the way it was marked would suffice.
