The moderator can easily say whether they're of the same ISP.

I had things to do this morning, like meeting someone from Sydney to take them to the university (although they didn't turn up). Then I had a Dr's appointment, which I can prove.

What the moderators should do is check CSU Graduate's IP address and then go and check who else has been using it in the Moderator Control Panel.

There is nothing illegal about doing that.

I can guarantee however that I am not CSU Graduate.
