stay positive dear girl and you should be fine! Personal experience: try to work consistently and don't leave things to the last minute...it doesn't work in uni.
Don't be daunted

Actuarial/Law is a great degree, and, if after one year (or even one semester), you dont like acst, you can drop you're actuarial major (which isn't too uncommon), or you could change you're double from law to something else with actuarial.

...'just wondering what happens if there is a double up in class times. My timetable is fine, besides a clash between two different classes that both have no other alternative times to choose from. What can i do to fix the problem? =(

email both unit convenor and explain it to them, chances are they will tell you to attend either one...

happened to me last yr, i ended up going half an hr of one, another half an hr for the other..not feasible if the classes are like one each end of campus but..

You can inquire about i-lectures or tapes of the lecture, getting notes off a friend etc. but I don't think there is much else that can be done(a friend asked about this when we handed in our enrollment and they basically responded with that - two unis make me cry!)

That shouldn't be happening. Last year we had no problems. MQ should be looking out for you guys more than any other division.
