You don't get out much do you?stollmann said:Please explain. No clue as to what you are trying to say.

though you do seem to oversimplify the nature of eastern european politics.. its alot more multifactorial than placing an emphasis on a socialist govt.. tell that to the farming lobby that u want to cut one of the most unproductive industry in the Aust. economy.stollmann said:You are very very wrong. First of all not everybody can ever be happy. The most important thing for most developped countries (especially Eastern Europe) is to get away from a highly socialised society to become effective in competing with the emerging eastern economies. That is definitely not goin to make people happy in the short run. They will be very very unhappy because they will lose money and comfort, but in the long run, which they don't consider, they will be a lot better off. You actually touched on an extremly important social issue there.
When you were younger did your grandmother love giving you chocolate and spoiling you? Well mine did and still do, because they find short term enjoyment by doing it. But when it comes to voting for a politician that is going to take a bit of their comfort away (ex. working a yaar longer before retirement) away in order to ensure a better future for their grand-children they will immediately vote for a socialist government. That shows how shortsighted and selfish people actualy are.
I believe that the politician who is going to make positive change is going to be one of the most unpopular ones in the short run, look at Paul Keating for example. He saved Australia from the vicious circle most european nations are in at the moment by introducing the super-annuation fund, but was not popular at all, at least not from a general perspective. Only people who had the thoughtfulness and the ability to look at the effect his policies would have in the long run would have been supporters of his.
I get out a lot, don't worry about that, but since I have only been in Australia for about a year I don't know all the "slang", not that I am a big fan of using it anyway. So what were you trying to say? (in normal English please)kathelle said:You don't get out much do you?
She was trying to tell you that your mum (or female giver of life) is a dirty fucking jew whore.stollmann said:I get out a lot, don't worry about that, but since I have only been in Australia for about a year I don't know all the "slang", not that I am a big fan of using it anyway. Well said Kathelle, well said.
May I enquire as to the reason which you are insulting me for?kathelle said:Your. Mum. Me. Going. At. It. Every. Night.
(translation: I am insulting you)
I am not looking for help about how to meet girls with common interests. I don't have girl issues nor am I desperate or anything like that. But still thank you for the advice.hugglebuddy said:the best way to meet a girl is to get involved in an activity that interests you (etc, etc, etc,....)
First of all you must have a pretty primitive sense of humour if you think that people are going to laugh when you insult them, especially at this level (fu**ing my mother). Would you please explain why I am "full of cr*p"?kathelle said:Honestly I find this thread hilarious.
I didn't think someone could be so incredibly self-involved and conceited. I am insulting you in the hopes that you may develop a teeny tiny bit of humour.
I mean how can you write that and not cringe at how full of cr*p you are?
so.... what is this thread about currently? like to go back on topic?stollmann said:And don't bother posting anything else unless it is constructive criticism.
It is swearing and swearing is not something I enjoy doing because it is a sign of a disability to express one's thoughts with a correct vocabulary. It is also a preparation for future life where swearing is a real problem with certain people, especially those who swear a lot in their youth. And it just doesn't sound nice.azzie said:whats wrong with the words fucking and crap? whats with the *** things? last ive noticed we dont worry about "rude words" round here.
Yes I agree with him, its girls like you 'kathelle' that make these threads appear. Sorry if that insults you but i'm getting sick of this thread being overrun by useless comments. I'd actually like to read peoples opinions without having to look at "Your. Mum. Me. Going. At. It. Every. Night.". If I wanted that i'd go to myspace. Now...go away.stollmann said:First of all you must have a pretty primitive sense of humour if you think that people are going to laugh when you insult them, especially at this level (fu**ing my mother). And don't bother posting anything else unless it is constructive criticism. Don't bother insulting me as it has absolutely no effect apart re-confirming your obvious lack of intellect.
