I love your name, reps.Look it all comes down to genetics really. If your parents are both tall then you have a greater chance of inheriting their height gene and so on. BUT if you also have short parents it is possible for you to inherit a gene from a diffrent member of your family which may have skipped your parents. like i have a friend which is 196cm and his parents are around 170cm. long story short it comes down to genes PLUS good nutrition.. so eat those vegies xD

You're taller when you wake up in the morning because when you sleep, gravity is no longer compressing the intervertebral discs and they reabsorb water. Over the course of the day obviously they are compressed and then you go to bed and etc.thanks bebz, i'll let you know on that one.
