The whole point of bringing in overseas workers is to fill in a shortage of jobs. Yet we have people on unemployment. Dobn't they want jobs? Maybe the government should think about investing locally before using a quick fix remedy.
And what's more is that they claim there is a shortage of skilled workers. Maybe this is because no one is training Australian workers in the skills needed.
Importing workers takes jobs from Australians, does not boost the economy in the long term, creates racial tensions (fuckers stealing our jobs!), puts a strain on Sydney (which is where they end up if they stay - where by the way they seem to have water shortages!), and if they do bring in skilled workers then they're taking apart some less well off country's society apart.
E.g Australia does not have enough nurses. Australia imports nurses from Papau New Guinea (spelling may be wrong). Australian workers miss out. They become annoyed with those people stealing their jobs. PNG now has a nurse shortage since they're all in Australia.
Solution: Train Australian nurses.

Unemployment is at its lowest, which would suggest that the majority of Australians have found jobs and those that havn't must just be lazy or unable to work.
Quite simply, there are no more Australians left to fill job vancancies. We can't force doll-bludgers to work, and even if we did they'd do a poor job anyway.

I dont think that the disabled are classified as unemployed, i think the govt only counts those that can work but dont, and yes u can force the doll bludgers to work, all u have to do is threaten to take their doll away from them, unless they work.leetom said:

Why not use Aussies and relocate them there, instead of bringing in foreigners, By all means if their is 100% employment and jobs are still unfilled then bring migrants in, but i think we should try and fill these jobs with Aussies firstleetom said:
