Hey people! If you go to the gym state which gym you attend, on what regular basis and body stats! Thought it'd be fun to get a fair idea of how many people (hopefully doing their HSC) go to the gym often.

For me I go 5 days a week to Belmont Planet Fitness

199cm tall with 85KG, aiming for 95KG shredded, will begin a cut once I hit a high mass of 96kg or so.:rolleyes2:

God damn you're tall.

I'm 6'1, 64kg woohoo.

I go to a crappy local gym. It's not flashy, and some of the machinery is several decades old, but it's very, very cheap and has a decent set of dumbbells/barbells/racks.

I'm usually there around four or five days a week. I don't have any body goals, seeing as the only reason I go now is out of habit and to reduce stress. I also needed some more variety to my exercise other than just running and swimming (both of which suck during winter).

Yeah man I'm quite the tall fella, it's quite irritating as muscle growth takes longer, well visually anyway.

That's a decent weight for your height! Your gym sounds quite... seasoned, haha. As long as you can complete a strong routine with what the gym has to offers there shouldn't be any problems.

After a few months it really does become a habit doesn't it? I love it, I'd never go back to not lifting - and it is certainly stress reducing.

i second this notion.
at 6'1" you should be at least 85
Most people would judge me as weighing in the low/mid 70's. I literally have not put on any weight since I finished eighth grade. That being said, getting "big" was never my goal.

sporting 0% body fat?

really?

After a 4 week hiatus on lifting and a not very strict routine beforehand:

167cm
70kg (155~ lbs)
Bench: 50kg (3x8) - Aiming for 80kg
Squat: 50kg (3x8) - Aiming for 115kg
Deadlift: 65kg (3x5; have yet to try this since getting back into the gym) - Aiming for 115kg

I got to a local gym full of tattoo'd meatheads, but the staff are good, it's 24 hours for most of the week and it's pretty well resourced

EDIT: inb4 doyouevenlift.jpg, I'm still p new to it

Get used to the haters bro. I remember when I first started out I was dumbel curling 5kg having those "tattood meatheads" staring at me. Fuck them, I curl 3 times that now with somewhat ease. Put in the work bro :)

I don't even do curls

I'm more or less doing Starting Strength so I actually have some sort of functional ability to lift things up and put them down again before I start doing a hypertrophy routine
