I've heard Chem is hardest, then Eco. Apparently in Yr 12 it's MX2, with EX2 a close second...by that I mean 2U and 3U as well.

I don't believe any subject can really always be 'hardest', as it depends on the individual's strengths and abilities.

Chemistry by far.

Honestly the weirdest concepts are introduced. You are pretty much forced to disagree on the 'simple' concepts you learned in earlier years, and/or expand on previous concepts.

It's one of those subjects that you either get right, or wrong.

In terms of academic integrity = Both Mathematics and English Extensions.

In terms of workload (which makes you dislike the subject) = English (all units), Mathematics (all units, only because I haven't been doing classwork), and Society & Culture assessments tend to be big.
English Ext 1 is pretty time consuming. Math Ext... meh. You do a test and its over.

I don't find Extension 1 English time consuming at all.

Neither do I. I just sometimes prep for practice essays, and study the weekend before an exam. That's about it.

EE1 - but as many have mentioned, it's somewhat an enjoyable subject - particularly the topic - the nature of evil. --Not looking forward to one of the the HSC texts - Dune - absolute ign40y4n3honkshn;

My main hate is Maths... that evil word. It's compulsory over where I am. I do 2U maths and the class average is roughly 50%, give or take. I know, it's shocking aye?

Why not general maths? Well... I dunno, really... :bomb:

Extension english is by far the most boring subject of the lot. I wouldn't know how hard it is, since i just sleep though.
Economics is easy as chat
Chem is getting pretty challenging
Physics is pretty hard
Bio, hard for me since i have a bad memory

I agree that there is alot of assessments and alot of content to cover but I dont think its necessarily hard is you have a basis in dance.

In order of most difficult to least: Chemistry, English, Ancient History, Economics, Maths + Extension, Religion.

Writing an essay is more time consuming than doing textbook exercises. (but this varies from person to person)
