Reason 1) Witnesses. Fewer witnesses means no testimony means no ICC conviction.

Reason 3) Women breed. If your attacks are on a particular ethnic group, then it is in your best interests to reduce the overall numbers of that ethnic group. The source of that ethnic group is the women, thus, by removing them from the situation, you cut off their ability to rebuild numbers and cripple them.

And in this way I have justified logically war crimes and ethnic cleansing.
