How often do you go to the gym or do your own exercise?

My goal this year was to go to the gym around 4 times a week however with uni and work I dont see how this will fit in if I am ever to get a day off :)

So basically my question is what is your exercise routine like? How do you fit it in around other commitments?

Also, do you have a gym membership? Casual pass? Or just do your own thing?

I'm interested to see what other students routines are like.

At the moment I'm doing 3-4 days a week, I would love to be able to keep this up when uni starts up again but I'll see how I go!

at most its probably 3-4 times a week as well, and thats pushing it
ive got a membership which i pay every fortnight

could be different for women as im guessing you guys do more cardio

but guys who do free weights and stuff need breaks, i try and fit it in during the arvo, usually straight after school so i can do some work afterwards

during the hols though ive hardly gone cos ive been going out so much lol

I Go eight times a week. (Spread out over five days). Here is my schedule below (i do morning and night workouts, or do a double day or double night for three days. Note these are classes - (and these will take place when uni starts, im getting into this routine now) [gotta love les mills!]

Monday: RPM or Pump (morning), attack (night)
Tuesday: RPM (morning), Pump or RPM (night)
Wednesday: Attack and Balance (Night) OR Step (morning) and Attack (Night)
Thursday: RPM (morning)
Friday: Pump (I miss this class >.<...need to get back into 2 times a week).

Weekends off!!!:rofl:

and yes i have a gym membership!!

I like playing sport and being active, but only when it is fun and with people. :)

About a 45min gym session, along with either:

a. Medium intensity 40min job

OR

b. HIIT training for around 30 mins

hahah.... i have been following the routine since the beginning of last year. I tend to do two workouts in a day (usually different, usually is the dfirst three days of the week as they have better classes :sun:), or only once if they offer no class at night (thursday night and Friday), Well Friday i used to do two classes but they removed the second class (low attendance...)

i guess i am used to it now, and its my passion!
