I'm similar. I've just discovered the synonym function in Word (seeing as this is the first assessment i have used Word for in over a year). Tis rather fun, although some restraint (self-control, control, command, self-discipline, moderation) needs to be shown (exhibited, exposed, revealed, given away, made known, publicised).
