Today was our last day for Year 12s...yes I know that NSW students have started HSC already but our year 12s were still at school..until today. So much of today was about them, muck up day, etc. Best muck up day since I've been at the school.

Religion: a whole heap of readings
Maths: integration...its easier than so many other things that we've done this year
Chapel: listened to a year 8 teacher talk about her trip to Nepal. May have been interesting if the audio on her video had worked
PE: notes and reading. Boring as
Double English: character/setting profiles and quotes on "Fly Away Peter". I'm amazed that I don't hate it.

Year 12 Graduation is tomorrow, it will be so sad (even for me) especially as I know more of the Year 12s this year.

I feel the same way. I had a practical assessment for PE today - it was our surfing unit. However, we got down to the beach, jumped into the water, except 5 minutes later there was half the group stuck in a rip (including a teacher). We all knew what we needed to do to get out, except as soon as we were out of the rip we were getting sucked back in again. My teacher and I spent 40 minutes paddling the one board trying to get back to shore. I'm not a particularly strong swimmer - i'm not crap or anything but there are many other things that I'm better at. Needless to say, I am utterly exhausted, and slightly pissed off that everyone keeps on talking about it.
Hopefully, our rescheduled assessment might have better surf ready for us.

I got suspended and lost the captaincy today, lol.

Oh well. I'll get more done at home for the 4 days anyway.

I only have seven frees (I do 12 units, including 1 offline). But when I drop ancient I'll have 13, whooo.

Today was better than yesterday. Hurrah for no longer acting like an irritable bitch.

Modern: Worked on my essay for Weimar Republic.
English: Worked on the Wind in the Willow as an unseen text, and deconstructed it.
Biology: Homeostasis.
