oh hopefully ur teacher doesnt mark my HSC then

and for my essays like u can see them, but they're not exactly what i write in my assessments, I just make sure I know the law inside and out and what its strenghts and weaknesses are. For instance, for PO's i would know like the amendment what was the issue before the amendment, how theyre made and so on, as well as their FDR. And for their weaknesses I would use a case such as Parker v Leclair (2024) where the father got full custody in the PO because the mother was abusive and then ill just link that to how that serves the best interest of the child and so on. And then for the weaknesses I would include another case like McLeady v McLeady where this guy breaches the PO multiple times and use that case to support my argument how PO's dont promote compliance and how they also don't deal with compliance effectively because when the PO is breached the court just imposes another one which is "slow, costly and potentially traumatic"(Media article I forgot which one LMAO). This is how I always structure my essays regardless of the topic and its been a success for my options. I really hope this helps on how you structure yours, I would always recommend a furthermore to show more understand and a really solid grip on the law in your explain part of the essay.
And ofc I can read one of yours, if you still want my essays let me know and I'll send them through!
