Hi, i've promised to myself today to lose weight and live a more healthy lifestyle while I do the HSC for a second time.
I believe a healthy routine will provide a strong foundation for my studies - something I did not value in 2010, as well as be something I can concentrate on while i'm not studying.
So to motivate me I thought I might try starting a thread here, see whether others are interested in losing weight and maybe interested in sharing their goals and results every week or so here. So if you are reading this and interested please don't leave! Type a response, give interest and we can come back to this thread every few days or so to keep us on track over the course of a few months from the beginning of the new year. Healthy body healthy mind!...
Plus I realize this forum has been absent lately, but if you read this a few days or week later after I've posted this and are interested, I promise I will come back and check!
