Find your caloric maintenance level and eat slightly above it if you want to gain weight. You'll still need to eat well if you don't want to look like a blob.

eat 1200-1500 calories a day if you're a girl and exercise on an elliptical machine for at least 30 mins at least 5 times a week.
this is what I did and I lost about 4-5 kgs since end of october so far.

Skip a meal a day, which is what I've been doing, going down each day.

Really need to stop this, someone who saw me after 6 months said I've gotten weak :cry:

I don't advise anyone to skip any meals. If anything you should eat more (5-6) meals per day. This speeds up your metabolism and does wonders in terms of fat loss. You need to up your protein intake with these meals and keep them small. There are a few calorie calculators on the internet which aren't too difficult to use (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm). Work out your calorie maintenance level and what kind of calories you should be consuming at a deficit, then spread it out over 5-6 meals. You're more likely to keep the weight off this way, plus in my experience it's the quickest way to lose fat without feeling like you're dying.

We've all tried it at one stage haha. Worst feeling ever.

Seriously try the 5-6 meal thing, you'll have more energy throughout the day and you'll lose weight easier.

I'll give it a go, will plan out the next week's worth of stuff today and go buy stuff too, hopefully I can also get back into regular gym, getting so lazy with that as well.

On that site you gave, is it worth planning according to the calorie cycle zig-zag method?

I'm 155cm and i'm 45kgs

Its realistic what you want to achieve, you just have to commit urself to eating stuff that isnt junk. Thats what i've done, junk makes me ill anyway...

I just asked what pink is for and was told it was for people who were involved in "big blogger" a little while back.

I wish I could play with username colour - would be pretty cool.

Just looked up what the 2468 thing is. Lol why do people complicate losing weight so much. It's not hard honestly, just eat properly. You can even do it without counting calories if you want. Just eat 5 times a day until you're 75% full and do 45 minute sessions of training 4-5 times a week.
