What do you use?

1. Loose leaf ruled paper.

2. Writing pads (the ones where you have to tear off each page from the top).

3. Normal lined books with stapled bindings.

4. Grid books.

5. Plain white paper.

6. Normal lined books with spiral binding.

I keep thinking 'I might need them later' but usually end up throwing them all out by the end of semester.

I have used 2, 3 and 4 in the past 3 years. But lately it has trended to become 2 and 3 more.

I prefer to use 3 to do exercises, whilst I use 2 for past paper practice.

Grid paper, just for convenience. Otherwise I use blank paper. Lined paper is the bane of every exam.

When Im doing school work Ill do Grid Books, simply because its much easier to read.
I use normal lined books when doing trials. And when Im doing questions on BoS, or anything else math related on the internet, I have a writing pad which I just chuck out the papers for when Im done with them.

I take 2/3 unit notes using lecture pads, tear out the pages and file them later. I use a normal ruled book for 4 unit notes (simply because it's a lot neater & quicker to read through). Grid book for exercises, because otherwise drawing graphs takes ridiculously long. For past papers/random questions I use a notepad and chuck the paper when I'm done with it.
