Did anyone just guess when Cos(x)=sin(x) in there calculator i found 45 degrees converted it to radians got pi/4 then added 4pi/4 to it

grr I put C as well woulda been ez 95 raw if I never put C
say u have an equation like this as f(x):
[(x)^3 - (x)^2]^2
and then obv f(-x) would be
[(-x)^3 - (-x)^2]^2
no matter what number u sub in they'll be different

but it just says which one will always be positive

Edit: just realized how math worsk 3x3=9 oddxodd=odd evenxeven=even evenxodd=even i was thinking of (-x-=+) (and +x+=+) there goes another mark

OMD that's exactly what I did W technique honestly, I think they will give you the mark for it cause u did it correctly.

no this is legit why I left it not rounded because in that practice papers they left it unrounded also

if u play around on desmos, where u have f(x) be an odd function you can see pretty easily that it's not true

i haven't really used most of the functions of the calculator but are you able to do simultaneous equations on it??

nah 8200au gives square roots and pi for radians and inverse trig stuff, also it's nicer for projectile motion cuz easier

“What made you get the calculator?”
I had previously dual wielded an fx100 au plus 1st and 2nd into tests and saw some dude on conquerhsc say that a new calculator that gives exact values was approved so I bought one and now I use both types of calculators
FX-100 au plus is better for small calculations and combinatorics
FX-8200 AU is better for trig exact values, statistics (2u) and projectile motion. It is horrendous for binomial statistics
