why dont you choose something you are interested in..

medicine and law arent the only 2 acceptable career paths, and if you cant choose between them do neither so you dont take the spot of someone who honestly wants to do them.

IT has an oversupply, unless u plan 2 move to calcutta

but its not just the money, there r also power+prestige. i bet 80% of the ppl doing med / law/ commerce for those reasons and why is taht any less valid than any other reason like ......omg....... i always wanted 2 b a doctor and cut ppl up since i was 4 and half years old

i dunno, there IS supposedly, some minor difference. thats what one of our family friends said, and she IS an established 'family doctor' recognised throughtout australia.....because she s moving onto eduaction and jewlerry (lol).
maybe i might ask her again to clarify it, or i can give u her email. :)

not true- you can practise as a GP without being a fellow in two cases:

1) you're from overseas and have equivalent accreditations
2) you graduated from a medical school before 197-something in which case you can specialise in whatever you want...even heart surgery

at UNSW. And lol. Med Sci lectures are no where near the Med building. lol

with the exception of lab.
