lay of the autumn is my fave track on their latest album, next best would be the against the stream. but overall i was quite disappointed with their latest album.

first album has some good ones, shades of deep green <3333333333 last song is good, the elder...theres a live performance and it's amazing.
second album is my favourite definitely, only songs i dont like are the intro song, and the second half of disengagement, everything else is amazing and beautiful.
third album is my close secondn favourite, all except killjoy and last statement i like, esp drawn to black and in the groves of death.

and they made another song for their next album, recorded it with stanne from DT while both bands were touring europe, and this song is fairly awesome!

you should check out swallow the sun, another finland band, melodic doom death metal, really amazing.
they have this 34min song called Plague of Butterflies which is just pure brilliance and probably my favourite song in the whole universe.

yeah! it's like the lotr movies, probably 1/3 of the time they're in lala land, but overall it's a masterpiece of a song.

and can you please obtain their second album, since the day it all came down, and give it a good listen through? it is amazing from start to finish.

haha, there was a 30-40min song by vesania, but it was boring.

and yeah long songs can get tedious but insomnium do them very well.

so do nile, if you're into that stuff.
