no, not really. You could have an operation but thats about it. Tablets dont work, any "stretching exercises" will just cause tissue damage to your penis if they do anything at all.

Unless its really really small then dont worry about it, penis size does matter, but not as much as you would think.

It's not how big it is, but how you use it. A big dick might seem like a blessing, but if you just go in and hit everything without any idea what you're doing, you aren't going to please her much.
