Hey.
I know that everybody's been asking for UAI predictions and using SAM.
Predict the UAI that YOU will get.

I predict a 94. I'll get a 95+ if I'm lucky and if I work harder on maths in particular.

I think I'll get 85 - 90 for all of my subjects and that equates to a UAI of around 90. :( Screwed.

My raw trial marks in SAM give me a 91.5

But realistically I think I'll be looking at something around 86.??
Which is fine with me because that easily gets me into medical science at UNSW

if sam predicts that from raw trial marks then you're most likely going to get a 95 + easy... i'd say over 97 actually.

unless if you had really easy trials?

Umm Catholic trials.. with just modified options in biology and chemistry.

I guess mainly its just english, I look at the band 6 standard packages and just go... my essays are no where near that standard. But in the trials I got 17/20 for module B and 19/20 for module C I was like WTF!?!?

Plus I go to a preety average school... In biology I came first in the trials by 33 marks and in PDHPE by 23 marks, no joke.

SAM doesn't work for me, I end up getting some ridicuously low mark because I leave out that moderated assessment mark because I dont know it. I think I will get about 94

These are the statistics from last year, which are VERY similar to the year before:

10 girls over 99; ie 10% in the top 1%
19 girls over 98; ie 18% in the top 2%
37 girls over 95; ie 36% in the top 5%
50 girls over 90; ie 48% in the top 10%
79 girls over 80; ie 76% in the top 20%

So going by these statistics, I should get 98+. The thought of that is totally overwhelming! I want to get over 90, which should be fine since I'm definitely in the top half of the year. I only have to get 83 though :)

I plugged in my raw trial marks in SAM and I got a UAI of about 94. This is so awesome because at the beginning of the year I was expecting much less :) Yay
