ohhhh thankyou!!! Yeah it was really fun to make, and i think i annoyed the HELL out of my physics teacher last year getting them to fix circuits and faulty equipment, but i baked him cookies afterwards, so it was worth it

If you did an accelerated course in yr 9-10, yes you do not have to do 12 units.

Now I think about, I'm doing HSC Business Studies (Accelerated) and realised I'm only doing 10 units of Year 11. LOL

That moment when you realise you can do 9Us for HSC because B. Studies Accelerated let you finish 2Us (y).

Oh. And got 93% for Maths Ext 1 [Term 1 Assessment] and 95% for Business Studies Accelerated [HSC Half Yearly].

Realised that even though you get the second highest mark, you can still be ranked 5th/6th because there are too many equal firsts ; - ;

GOD DAMN IT. LOL I got 47/50 (lost 1 mark in each section) for HSC Accelerated Business Studies and 28/30 Preliminary Mathematics Extension 1 :c (the mistakes I made where so stupid, I was actually so close to a 100%)

And, I think I did terribly in Physics Half Yearly today :c

oh man we had a physics moving about topic test and it was all good, like literally all calculations (which i like) but then 2 WHOLE PAGES OF GRAPHING. altoghether lost 15 marks becuase i had no clue on how to graph it lol
arg oh well its a topic test! that's why they're there, so that we know what to study more D:

Physics Exam in two weeks! It Hertz just thinking about it!

niiiiiceeee.... hey you mind making another physicsy-pun for me? i need it for my short story for advanced...

basically i want a pun/wordplay (doesnt need to be funny) about something spacey and love. my story is about how guilt destroys a person when they dont atone for their actions. The character loves space and works for NASA.... so i was thinking about something like 'black hole in my heart' but thats way too cheesy......:/ any suggestions?

Just making a first update on my marks! I decided to pick up my game in year 11, and this is just the beginning:
Maths 2u 1st assessment : 11th / 140 people.
Maths 3u : 19th / 78 people
Physics: 5th !!!!!!
Chemistry: 3rd/112 peeps
English: 11/20 for speech
Biology 29th/92

God. I hate the idea of rankings. Even if you get the 2nd highest mark, you can still come 6th, 7th etc...

Figured I'd post my marks from the half-yearlies I finished at the end of last term. I just got my results back.

My maths marks are confusing. Instead of having a half yearly, we just had an exam in week 6 of the first term. Anyway, I tied first with 39/40. That was a 2U exam, so I don't know what the deal is with 3U.
I just got my results back for physics today. 84%. First in the grade.
For chemistry, I got 67/68 (99%). First in the grade.
For engineering studies, I got 85%. First in the grade.
For business studies, 64/70 (91%). Second in the grade.
For advanced english 34/45 (76%). Somewhere about halfway in down the class.

My original goal for this year was to come first in all my subjects by the end of the year. It is a low ranking school (300s or so), so coming first is not impossible. Now I just need to focus my energy into my business studies and english, but not lose my position in other subjects at the same time.

good job! We havent had our half yearlies yet (we will in week 5-6 or so) but it seems like you're close to smashing your goals! keep it up
