Thats all normal. But then we have an external maths exam periods 5&6.

Plus I have Chem 1st which has been partly maths lately so it's going to be great.

Algebraic manipulation doesn't exactly come overnight or can be something that's taught in school. It just requires experience and exposure to master the skill

would you also be able to answer that question using the remainder theorem? sorry if this is a stupid question but its been a while since i did polynomials

I think you mean factor therem right? yeh if you find one root, then you can use algebraic long division to solve for the others. Or use factorisation by inspection, but thats 4u ;p

I like Maths but it's going to be a long day.
