I go to a public school and i consider myself a pretty nice and high achieving student. The only reason i went to a public school was because it was close to home. Nether the less, I wouldn't be able to afford the fees for private school anyway :). If were up to me, i would choose to go to a selective private school - but I guess it's too late now! Guess i'll have to look forward picking the university of my choice.
Nether the less?
Are public selective schools like a couple steps below home school in terms of producing socially handicapped humans who can't take a joke and fall to pieces as soon as someone bullies them or gives them a hard time
If Ashleey's stories are anything to go by, it depends on what school really

and ppl dog each other just to get ahead in ranks, i.e tell your mate to study for the wrong subjects for a test
Hahaha

My mate taught at one for a bit last year (he hates home school kids), and my gf's brother went to one... I should probably just ask them.

Public school's are full of derro's who'll stab you.

Private school' are full of snobs.

Selective school's are full of aspie's who'll trade their mother for a textbook.

Did i miss anything?

Public selective schools promote the wrong kind of culture focussed only on success in the classroom. That's why no one from James Ruse is socially accepted. It's exactly why when a boy from North Sydney Boys became promotor of iD Under 18's, everyone threatened to bash him so they put me in place instead.

Bottom line is....well public schools are the bottom line......
