Advice given by a friend, havnt tried it but may work:

For a male to increase time for an orgasm, a split second before he cums, hold the penis and squeeze it strongly so the cum wont exit. You will still feel the orgasm. Then after a few secs, let go and the cum will release and you will feel it again. Dont know if it works or if the second one is as good as the first
