however, my future husband has great hair. it's that really long surfy-ish hair but it goes so curly when wet

Right now, I call my style "lack of haircut".
It's not that long. I went on exchange in Germany last year and when I came back in February, my dad gave me crew cut. Since then, I've had one haircut.
I used to do it myself, but I found it hard to avoid a mullet.
