Thanks. It only took me about three different versions (Referring to the essay itself) to get to that stage.

Sure. Thinking negatively usually isn't a very encouraging thing, so relax slightly (if possible) and just let it all out. To use my classes favourite metaphor, you're having contractions and just need to finish 'Birthing' it.
