agree with minai, except i'm (obviously) female :p
and it'd be good if the boy was older than the girl so he can be a nice loving big brother :p

Stories of giving birth have temporarily turned me off having children

I've heard stories of natural births where women have been torn all the way to their anus, babies having to get their shoulders broken to get out. With C-sections...not being able to fart or laugh/move for a week or so sort of scares me a bit too...

my mothers a midwife[ delivers babies] i can assure u that aofrementioned ass-rippings and other such painful delivery experiences are very rare. and cesarians arent really that bad, its when u end up getting one again during ure second pregnancy and then maybe again for a third time that u get complications... and if the pain scares you, get drugs u dont feela thing then... lots of mothers prefer to experience it el natural though, rest assured the pain is well worth it

this thread is different in that it addresses the question of whether more women than men want children and the question of whether more people prefer to be married when they decide to have children or not
i beleive the other thread did not answer these questions

this thread should show that an equal amount of men and women want children, despite some peoples beleif that men dont want kids

I really don't want kids. I think they are too much of a responsibility and too much of a contraint on my freedom. Hopefully I will find someone who doesn't want them either.

However, if I really loved someone who definately wanted kids I might have to accept the fact that to keep her I need to have kids, in which case I would rather only have 1, but I would never have 3 ever thats too many.

The reason i am not having kids is partly cause of the cost of them.

The richer I was the fewer kids I would have. If i was really rich I would spend the majority of my time travelling, and it's kind of hard to do that when you have kids.

Male, 3 kids, ideally one set of twins (identical or non-identical), gender doesnt matter as long as they are healthy.
