looks like an interesting fight for 4th place..

charlton on 37 points
liverpool, newcastle and fulham all on 34 points
i think its gonna be a tight one between liverpool and newcastle.
screw charlton and fulham. i dont think they can keep it goin till the end.

liverpool played an awesome game against evertonn... Martyn was too good but... nothin could get past him.

Parker and Saha's departure is too costly for the club's morale and technical-wise

also, it reminds me of everton's situation last season...

i think if Liverpool can keep up with their performances like the game against everton, they can surely beat Newcastle to the spot...

Liverpool won't make it... if they played "well" and still only drew with a close-to-relegation Everton, I don't like their prospects. Kewell was shocking in that match; Owen... still needs to get started; their Captain is about the only thing working atm.

Ashley Cole is a stirrer.. i hate that guy.. whatever he got from Anelka he deserved.

The hi-light of the weekend matches IMO was Materazzi (inter player) punching some guy from Siena! He didn't even play the match, but some how this guy (Cirillo) managed to piss him off enough for him to throw a fist at him

nah, he didnt do anything wrong. you have to kick-off after the opponent scores, so it was arsenal's ball and cole had every right to pick it up.

anelka trying to take it off him and grabbing his head with both hands was his own fault, and he deserved his red.
