so i fucked up my first assessments harrrd
will it severely affect my internal marks/atar?

well the weighting obviously has quite a bit to do with it.
but that aside, there's nothing you can do about it now. let it gooooooooo

Think about what percentage that exam whent into your total marks at the end of year 12.

You will be rite.

wat if it is weighted only 10 percent ? if u did poorly is it still possible to get 99+?

it was a 20% assessment.. i still have 2 more to go (15% 25%) and then the trial exam..

wtf, how did you work that out?
Isn't hard. Not sure if this is right, but you're internal assessment is worth 50% of your HSC. So his 15% is out of his 100%. You only take half of that 100% so 7.5%. You have 5 subjects going into your ATAR, so divide by 5. Oops why did I only divide by 2... anyway yeah.

*sigh* we're all paranoid about stuffing up the hsc... i guess all we can do is try out best. would be nice if our motivation levels were at a peak throughout the whole year...
