Just ordered my textbooks for this sem coming in at a total of $46.98 YEAH

protip to first years, websites like bookdepository.com textbookexchange.com and things like buying them second hand from the SRC bookshop at uni, or from older students makes things a LOT cheaper (and sometimes they're already highlighted which can be super annoying or great if you don't like doing your own highlighting).

so, i think it's official but i havent gotten an email back from engg telling me officially

probs because the one i sent said how awful engineering was and how badly the department was organised and no wonder no one respects usyd engg (or something along those lines) ^_^
