Anyone here take supplements such as Berocca performance? What do you think about these pills. Do they really work?

Also, anyone take anything for concentration and increased mental functioning?

Iron supplements because my blood test result shows that I'm lacking in iron. I do find that I'm less tired these days.

2x cod liver oil tablets
2x mens multi vitamin
2x vitamin B tablets
30g Creatine
40g Protein powder
3x Vitamin C chewy things
2x Ginger suppliment

Lunch
30g Protein powder
1x Fat Blaster supershake
3x fish oil pills

Dinner/Post workout
30g Creatine
60g Protein powder
3 cans of tuna
3x fish oil pills
2x mens multi vitamin

alternate weeks: a couple no-doz each morning to keep me preppy

3 cans of tuna
Shouldn't eat tuna everyday for long periods.
The mercury build up in your body can potentially bugger you up when your older. Arthritis and what not.
Maybe stick to three or four times a week?

Hey, you can destroy your body as much as you want, don't get protective cos I'm making no attempt to stop you. Maybe the overdose of supplements is causing your aggression? Relax.

1 omega/fish oil tablet a day since i don't know when. Don't really eat fish unless it's very, very good. My memory is quite good, but i don't know whether or not that's because of the pill XD

^ they lower your triglyceride level? Though, I wouldn't rely on it to make me better at memorising stuff.
