It really is. Deadlifts and Squats are pretty close imo. I think I sweat more from Deads, but Squats take the cake for DOMS, by a mile.

It's hard to accept, but you can't change the past. You can't go back and manipulate things to the way you wanted them to happen. Because life'd be meaningless and boring and just not worth living. I like squats. But I'm bottom heavy, so it's not that bad. The worst part is AFTER when you can't walk up stairs properly. The first time I ever did squats, I was sore for 2 weeks. Like, I struggled to sit on a toilet sort of sore.
