Congrats guys. What do you get from the scholarship? Guaranteed employment? Funds?

You get both Namu.

Pretty sure that it's $5,000 each year for the duration of your course, then a further $3,000 upon completing the course.
You're also assigned to a certain school for 3 years.
Ohh thanks! This seems like a really awesome scholarship. I hope you guys get it :D *fingers crossed*

The other day when I asked them when we'd be notified, they told me from friday onwards, which to me implies that it could take more than one day, assuming that they don't work on weekends, you could get called up tomorrow.

Good luck with it :)

I was under the impression that they don't contact you...

They could've had problems contacting you, so I'd call them on 9836 9157. That way if you did get it, then that's great, if not, at least you have confirmation and could sleep a bit better at night?

I want to be a teacher in the future, but how do you apply for a schlorship for teaching secondary education in uni. Do you need 90+ ATAR? or they only select the "All rounders"?
