Matt Damon it would seem is rather clever. He did write Good Will Hunting, which is quite probably the best thing out of Hollywood for a very long time. He was also doing a Biochemsitry (or something else rather impressive) degree while he was writing it.

As for the movie, not clever at all, I don't understand how anyone could think it is, it is incredibly low-brow. 6/10 for humour, 1/10 for everything else.

Sending up Hans Blix is not at all called for, they should have shown some human decency and tact in making this move.
