You can definitely use dramatic irony as the audience is aware through previous soliloquies that Richard does in fact aspire to take the throne. The use of dramatic irony can also be integrated with ideas regarding duplicity and appearance vs reality.

Also, it's not a matter of just listing a quote and a technique. You need to state how the technique in the quote creates the idea that you're discussing.
