how do you choose your tickets? it's so annoying, only get what they give :(

talking about that. season tickets. Anyone know how to get them?
You go up to ticketek and ask for general admission tickets.

There is a bit on the official website where you sign up for information to be given to you regarding 2006/07 season tickets.

Re: The Official A-League Thread.

by the way, if anyone is considering going to sundays semi with (sydney fc v adelaide), approx 20,000 tickets have been sold already

also, if anyone is considering going to the preliminary final/grand final at aussie stadium (whichever one - it will be the last SFC home game), they are on sale to the general public on wednesday 22nd (im pretty sure).

they are also doubling the number of tickets that each season ticket holder can buy from 6 to 12 per season ticket holder during the priority period (monday and tuesday), so there may be already 10,000+ tickets sold by the time the general public can buy tickets (on the fist day of sale to season ticket holders, 6000 tickets were sold for the adelaide semi)

all tickets for the prelim/grand finals are reserved seating (apparently).

prices are as follows

Preliminary Final:

Ticket Prices
Category Category A Category B Category C
Adult $40.00 $30.00 $25.00
Concession * $25.00 $23.00 $20.00
Family ** $80.00 $60.00 $50.00

Grand Final:

Ticket Prices
Category Category A Category B Category C
Adult $60.00 $45.00 $35.00
Concession * $35.00 $30.00 $20.00
Family ** $120.00 $90.00 $70.00

* Concessions
Full time student card, pensioner card or proof of age, child 4-16 years (children under 4 years are free on the knee unless occupying a seat).

** Family
2 adults and 2 children 4-16 years

Good to see the bluez in the final. But really gotta watch out fo Qu Shengqing. He haz been the standout of all the marquee playerz in the inaugral season in my opinion.

He had a few good runs, and his goal was first class. Nice one touch and a nice right foot shot into the net.

FORZA SYDNEY!

Atmosphere was awesome this evening, and with an extra 10,000 there for the Grand Final, it should be an absolute cracker!

Tickets on sale to the general public on Wednesday .. I reckon I'll ditch the O-Week for that day (well, morning at least) so that I can get to Ticketek really early and get tickets for the family.

Qu's goal was total class. He sure shows Petrovski a thing or two about finishing.

But who cares for now?! WE'RE INTO THE GRAND FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!

SYDNEY FC! SYDNEY FC! SCORE US A GOAL! SCORE US A GOAL! SCORE FOR THE BOYS IN BAY 23! SCORE FOR THE BOYS IN BAY 23!!

Re: The Official A-League Thread.

Yorke got huge cheers when he took the corners, it pumped him up a bit because he was doing shit all in mid-field. But when he changed into a supporting striker position he looked dangerous whenever he had the ball at his feet.

Up the top could have been way fuller. Especially the parts in the middle, where the white walls are. And behind the Adelaide goals, it could have been a fair bit fuller too.

10,000 tickets sold today? :-(

I have to wait until Wednesday, but I'm going to make sure I get there super-early and wait in the line. I'll get there at like 8am, I guess.

Yorke's last shot was the penalty against United two weeks ago :p
