This argument is so fucking played out.

Everybody knows that BIG is immensely better.

I dont even see this topic as worth arguing, anyone who thinks 2Wack was better is a straightup gronk and not worth the energy of arguing with.

NOTORIOUS BIG

Look
One may be better than the other... but none of them is the best

Style 6/10 (Generic)
Reality 4/10 (He used to do ballet)
Beats 8/10
Wit/Punchlines 7/10

BIG:

Style 8/10 (Versetial)
Reality 8/10 (HE was a hustler in Brooklyn)

its not hard to see why they are compared:

they were both the hottest in 94-96
they had beef
they both died in the same year
they are from different coasts, in the heart of the westcoast/eastcoast fued
they are constantly on people's top 3 list
and one's FAT and one's skinny

This thread is getting shit...
wow couldnt see that coming 0_o

ive heard of SPM, he made "wiggy wiggy" didnt he? that has a nice beat, and from what i heard the rhyming was ok

i dont know why you are saying tupac had no reality or life experiences, he got shot at a few times, he gew up in the ghetto, had a few problems so it wasnt like he lead a sheltered life or anything.

Its just stupid saying one is far better than the other because they were both gods among men, when they died they whole industry felt it and it was a harsh blow to take.

This thread makes me sad, i wish they were both with us and making music, they would blow fiddy cent and ja rule and those other lamers the fuck outa the water.

Man, with both of them still alive, that snitch 50 cent wouldnt exist....but i read that Biggie was gonna do producing after the Life After Death album....that would have been mad

I hate to argue, but where the fuck is Kanye West in your list...?

My top five are as followed:

1. Kanye West
2. The Notorious B.I.G
3. Nas
4. The Game
5. Fabolous

And thats true, Tupac doesnt come near to my list....he's way at the bottom, even fucken 50 cent is in front of him......on second thought, maybe not
i got respect for hiphophooray, but dark-arsenal... i laugh at u

Dark-arsenal
you put Kanyewest at the top of ur list?
ok dude is nice.. one of da hottest our rite now.. but he aint stood the test of time yet as a rapper.
Lyrically (not musically), latereg is already a flop comparing it wiv the Collegedropout.

kanye at the moment is definatly one of my top5 as a CURRENT artist, but in no way in my alltime. Kanye is the top 1 producer.. that's why it all sounds so good... but try listening to a kanye acapella over a generic underground beat
same thing with the game at number 4, he aint stood the test of time yet

u should listen to mos def, talib , jay-z, common , rakim, icecube... maybe then they'll make your list

and faboulous.....:jaw: u kidding right?

Ready To Die as an album doesn't compare to anything I have heard from Tupac.

Biggie never dissed Tupac.

Biggie's flow shits over any of Tupac's qualities.

I hate people who disregard Biggie because they haven't heard anything from Biggie.

Biggie > Tupac.
