lol Desmond Mason, i remeber that dude i thought he will turn out to be a fairly good player, turns out he sucks but dunking.
He's not that bad. He's an above average defender and last year he averaged 16 points a game.... don't know what it is this year because when he was traded to NO he missed out on a lot of time while thye were figuring out a rotation and was constantly in for short minutes so it messed up his averages. But at NO I think he's been ok. He's a good player, not a great player. I just like his style of basketball. Mid range jumper and driving to the lane for imense dunks. As well as solid defence.

It hasn't been announced..?

I think it should be Dirk or Billups (Billups led Pistons to best NBA record), Dirk has been the most consistent...oh well the GM's say Nash, if it is, that's pretty incredible, back to back MVP awards is pretty rare these days - with the exception of Duncan in 01/02 and 02/03, Jordan was the last in 90/91 and 91/92

It's gone to Nash. I think the order was Nash, Lebron, Dirk, Kobe.

CORRECTO!

Minai, it had been announced, just announced unformally. So it was known Nash would win for a while now. He won it very easily, he finished with (roughly) 920 points and 2nd place Lebron only had 600 (roughly) points.

Good work Nash

If only Amare was healthy this season, I think Phoenix could have threatened for a championship. If they get past the clippers, they wont get past Spurs or Mavs

just an observation... the nets v. heat have been quite competitive games... and quite entertaining. its a pity that whoever wins almost certainly faces the pistons in the next round.

i still don't understand why no-one like Dallas, they have a wonderful structure, great coach, a modest superstar with a cast full of talent and capable of winning games on offence and defence...UP 2-0..NBA CHAMPS here we come!!
