Just checked. It says 'careful' nature. Does that mean that it's l33t? Where can I read up on natures?

Just like Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire, each Pokemon in Pokemon Fire/Leaf

At the same time, it would have a lower special attack compared to the
Pokemon of the same species. Below are the Personalities list.

As we can see from the table, there aren't really any personality that
is better than the others. Each personality have their own benefit and
adverse effects. It all depends on how you choose to use your Pokemon.
However, we can see from the table that there are five neutral
personalities.

It's useful once you figured out what you want your Pokemon to 'specialise' into. For instance, you want to have an Alakazam that solely uses special attacks, obviously leaving your attack stat completely unused (under neutral nature). With modest nature, it decreases Alakazam's attack (as long you not packing any of the elemental punches) but in return, increases Alakazam's special attack.

And hurt more things.

before you go to the Hearthome City, a lady will give you an item. Go to that town and do the sidequest in the cave at the town and you will get surf after

off the top of my head, after you do the sidequest to get the HM, the gym earlier that wasnt open, opens up, and I think its the badge from THAT gym that lets you surf

i didn't use defog i just wandered around and bumped into things, still worked cos defog is a shit move to teach

at least flash isnt a HM anymore, fuck i hated that

Yeah, there's a cave at the start which is like walking in to a cave that needs to be flashed.

It's a shit cave though, so I didn't even try to go through it.

yeah, hm mules are pretty good. I don't think there's 2 pokemon that can hold all 8 between them though. I think only any flying pokemon can have defog and fly, but not any of the other 6.
