Anyone seen the new preview for the Ring 2?, comes out in March looks really good if you liked the first....anyone planning on seeing it?, anyone liked the first one?

The ring was pretty kewl, not as scary as i thort it would be but still definately creepy, especially wen samara comes out of the tv :S :S :S

I dunno how good the ring 2 will be. The whole story revolves around samara trying to take the place/body of the chiks son, the freaky looking one. Who knows, may be better than the original

The original Ring 2 and The Grudge (the Japanese versions) had virtually identical plot lines.

The remake of The Grudge (aka the shitty Hollywood remake) is the worst movie ever made

I dunno, the Japanese Ring was fairly shit as well. But then, I don't think that one was supposed to be scary.

lol, a whole group of us watched The Ring at a friends house, and worked out that it was exactly 7 days before Christmas, it would have been pretty shit timing for a movie to turn reality.

I watched one of them in english and one in jap. The english one was scarier because i did not spend the whole time reading subtitles.

I ended up sleeping on ceramic tiles for a week infront of a tv after i watched so didn't sleep at all...

unsure. i saw the first one, and during the movie i was fine. but afterwards, i kept on imagining up senarios where she would come after me, and ended scaring myself eg. i didn't want to look into reflective surfaces that didn't give a clear reflection because i would be paranoid that instead of seeing my reflection, i'd see hers. anyways...i'm pathetic

anyways.... usually, sequals suck, so i don't know if i want to see it. depends if anyone will go with me [some of my friends are worse at seeing horror movies]
