i didnt do as well as last sem coz the subs this sem were gay but at least i didnt fail any and still have PASSES & CREDITS!!!!!! (my usual combo)

EDIT: holy fuckcunts, i was a few marks away from DN for MATS1101, otherwise i would be more happier.

so wat does it mean now, that i failed 2 subjects, math1231 im repeating in summer sesh (already started) and mman1300 (engineering mechanics), and my academic standing is now on referral.

I gotta see some person about my marks, what actually happen now for me?

depends WHY you failed. if you worked your ass off and failed, then u may as well quit uni, means your are not cut out to goto uni.

i have seen a few people drop out of after first year, especially students who over achieved in the HSC by excessive tutoring, excessive studying, or students who got into uni by alternative entry schemes.

if u wernt motivated enough to study and failed, then yeah u can turn it around....

lol i despised people who went tutoring in the hsc.
i used 2 see in azn newspapers like tons of names of azns and some indians paraded by tutoring centres.
kill them all. (jks)

I had Milan in semester one and he was the best. Then i semester 2 I had Tisdell and he was just as good.

Haha, yeah. Try to get into his classes if he's teaching. His lectures were always full to the max..
I think the main reason is that he actually writes notes, and gives us time to actually write notes. Whereas others just read.. and you have to rush to write your own notes or not write at all.

I had him for math1231, math2019.

those are the two best maths m3n ever.
i definitely look forward to seeing them next year in math2019.

quite easy once you see how it goes.
144 UOC for a commerce degree

6UOC each for the 6 core Subjs (ACCT 1A/1B, ECON1102/ECON1103, QMA/QMB)
So that's 36 Units

42 UOC required for Double Major
but Have already done 12 units of accounting.
so that's
36+42+30 = 108.
12units of Gened - 120units.

24 Units left over which are used for 4 subjs of Business Law/Taxations which is required for CA/CPA

Because business law WAS my major originally up until I decided to change during midway last semester...

But I'm doing it as my commerce electives now? And I have to overload on an extra commerce subject in finishing my degree in order to get all 4xbus.law (CA-prereq) subjects out of the way.

you also need to do this Information Systems Subject.

I also remember reading somewhere on the CA site that you also needed to do that subject.

I read on the site thatyou don't need to do that info systems subject. That's only for the CPA..

The unshaded subjects are required for the CA program.
Shaded subjects are required for skill migration. Info systems subject is shaded, so requried for skill migration whatever that is.
