1 should be A right?
Coz "started a job after being out of work" , so that's the last group.
half of those people= 20%
and then 20% of people found jobs within 4 weeks.
it's just a guess though, im not too sure.
please correct me if im wrong.

The 2nd question is from the medentry trial exam

This questions requires you to consider the black dots on the graph, which represent the percentage of people in each category who were initially out of work. The key word in the question is 'within'. This requires you to add up the percentage of people for each time interval(starting from '1 and under 4 weeks') until you reach approximately fifty percent. If you do this, you will reach about fifty percent by the '13 and under 26 weeks' interval, so option C is the correct answer.

^ fck this!

lol what it's saying is that you have to calculate where the black dot ends from the first line until it equals 50%

1 and under 4 years ~18%
4 and under 8 weeks ~12%
8 and under 13 weeks ~12%
13 and under 26 weeks ~14%

18 + 12 + 12 + 14 = 56%

50% fits into 13 and under 26 weeks interval by addition.

The answer is C

The problem solving one isn't that hard. If you read the conditions carefully, the first and last imply that none of the teams will have L or K as members. Next, we can construct four teams that don't include U, S or W as: NPM, NPQ, NRM, NRQ. If we begin including U, we must have both S and W. So the remaining possibilities are NSUWQ and NSUWM giving a total of 6. Answer is B.

Ah thanks I finally get it..They should have made the key more clear though..should have been like "Out of work but found a job" I know it says in the stimulus but still..

I did it a bit differently, not sure if its right?
N must be in:
Step 1:
N

P, R or S must be in
Step 2:
NP
NR
NS

M or Q is in
Step 3
NPM
NRM
NSM
NPQ
NRQ
NSQ

KL or SUV are in but can't have SUV and KL from rule III

NPMSUV
NRMSUV
NSMSUV
NPQSUV
NRQSUV
NSQSUV

These doesn't exist because of rule II
NPMKL
NRMKL
NSMKL
NPQKL
NRQKL
NSQKL
