I'm trying to apply for the unsw design early entry but i have no idea what a cover letter is/how to even start it
is there a scaffold somewhere? Could anyone give some tips?

the cover letter I literally used to get in was just like:

I am interested and why ( like 3 sentences)

my background that makes me capable of the subject ( like 5 sentences/ a mini paragraph)- in relation to SCHOOL: e.g legal—> law

my extracurricular activities that would make me capable/ a good fit for the subject and UNSW ( same size as paragraph above)

( dot points of awards)—> only did like 3 relevant to my extracurricular of focus

what were you weak in and how did you learn from it ( like 4 sentences?)

conclusion—> reinforce why you’d be a good fit

my total word count was like 400? ( pretty sure they have a word cap)
