you've never had raw eggs in a shake?

i couldn't drink them on their own (I could but why you would ever choose to is beyond me)

you can't even taste them because my WPI is delicious and the berries etc (so good)

also i have a 3kg bucket of chocolate wpi.
would wpi flavouring matter if adding it into a shake with milk and frozen berries and whatnot?
as in.. it wouldnt make it taste worse would it?
lol i need to learn how to protein shake..

tonight:

15 knee push ups warm up
4 x as many proper push ups as I can, the rest negatives until failure
4 x 5 incline DB bench press
4 x 5 dips
4 x 6-8 seated DB press
4 x 15 rear delt raises
4 x15 lateral raises
4 x15 lying raises
4 x 12 upright row

then 20 minutes HIIT if i cbb

lol i'm so weak i can't do more than 4 push ups

trying to build up strength in my chest, i've neglected it so much.

tonight (if i have time. movie finishes at ~8:30, gym closes at 10 eep)

Seated Row
Bent over row
Close grip pull ups 4 x 5 (1 second up, slow down)
Wide Grip pull ups 4 x 5 (1 up, slow down)
Superset x 3: max hover, feet raised Russian twists with a med ball, 20 hover ups (hover position into a push up position, back down again), lying leg lifts
20 minutes of HIIT on the cross trainer (may have to omit this :( )

srs. I've neglected it.
Did hypertrophy but size=/=strength

I'm significantly lowering reps and focusing on negative movement, i'll be smashing them out by july

I can not deadlift 125kg but she did bend her back a little I can do like 3 reps of 70kg with perfect form (used to be able to, anyway I had 2 months off because I was sick and i'm only just getting back into it properly)

raw eggs have a risk of salmonella

you should be fine as long as the egg isn't rotten and has been refrigerated

crossfit is a mighty fine concept imo *when done properly*.
there are way too many retarded vids of crossfit and i dont have much faith for the organisation.
that lift looked retarded, but good strength.
