both awesome books so far
then gonna read The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings series yay

Just finished 1984 by George Orwell. IT WAS SO FLIPPING GOOD.
Felt like crying in the end. WHY WINSTON WHY!?!?!
I recommend everyone to read it... If you like books about dystopian societies
ugh did you have to read it for HSC
that sounds just like something someone doing their HSC would say

it paints such an ugly picture of society. It's a bit traumatising seeing how relevant it is.

I'm reading Catcher in the Rye atm

The plague wasn't that good iirc and nausea probably isn't something I'd read for leisure.

Camus - The Stranger is pretty easy to get through. You can finish it in less than a day.

I started The Idiot but i couldn't get past chapter 4. I wasn't in the right mind set to withstand all the character development.
Reading Invisible Monsters instead. It's really well written. Palahniuk has such a unique writing style. It's so morbid but incredibly entertaining.
