Today I did 18km on the bike.
Played an hour of Basketball.
Jogged 2km.
Arms workout.

Then I defended my world tree from evil scourge fuckers while destroying their throne..
Then I blasted my way through hordes of zombies and then got evac'd four different times..
Then I raced some guys with my suped up car..
And then I surfed (the net).

really hammered myself in the first 400m of the 800, pacing a guy to a record!

i love that last bit
lol, I spent the last month bulking. It was pretty common for me to eat during a day:
- a whole pizza
- 3L of milk
- 1kg of meat, which I'd cook in a lot of olive oil.

Some days I'd wake up at midday - they were hell because I'd have a meal to eat every hour! mum's all like 'you should enjoy what you eat, not just eat to bulk up, rah rah rah' so everytime I went for more food she'd quiz me:

'Oliver, do you want to eat a plate of mince?'

Me: 'Yes mum'

'Then okay'

I've put on 4kg in a little over 2 months, some has been fat (though not much at all) so I'm cutting back a little, particually on the milk.
