might eat some more later on. i went to the gym on monday, so i need to be eating more, not less, so a very inconvenient time to feel bleaurghh.

might eat more dinner later on, and maybe some almonds/peanuts.

Brekky: nom nom salad with egg and balsamic. glass of water.
Snack: Water and a cheese & spinach pastry.
Lunch: Sausage sandwich, water.
Snack: Water, latte and 2 more cheese & spinach pastries (ohhhh that place near the new law building makes amazing coffee, hence the lines and me going at 4:40 lol)
Dinner: Some kind of veggie and chicken thing with capsicum sauce. Not quite sure. With cous cous and water.
Snack: 2 Mint choco biscuits and a tim tam.

Gee need to pick up on the vegetables.

My mood goes waaay down when I don't eat. Yeah, and I feel sick as well.

two pizzas which i made from leftover tortilla wraps: w/ tomato, capsicum, salsa, cheese & garlic
crumbed fish on peas, corn and beans with relish
ice cream and banaaana
ice cream with sticky date pudding (didn't realise that was on its way from my sisters house)

not in that order
oh and water.

breakfast: nutella sandwich, cold mocha.
lunch: medium quarter pounder meal.
on the train: 600mL pepsi.
when i got home: the rest of some roti (bread) and beef mince with capsicum.
dinner: leb bread with scrambled egg and potato.

im still hungy

Now: Just ate some popcorn. *Was too salty! So i didnt enjoy it! :eek: *

A bit grumpy as I just discovered I have an amazingly flat stomach from eating healthily lately after having a lapse and devouring a pac of chips and m&ms just then.

Bye, bye good body :(

Avo on toast with a glass of water. Mint Slice biscuit. Yknow, those arnotts ones?
Few random tasting samples we were making at work for promotion thingys like at woolies. They're ok but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't pay money for most of it.
Foot long italian pizza sub with most of the salad and no sauce
2 small pieces of spinach pastry (spanakopita for those who know what it is)
Bottle of Water
Creamy (evap. light milk) pasta with mushroom, tomato and some other random things and cheese. Water.
Will replenish my choco concentration soon with creme brulee flav choco :) EDIT: A bowl of cookies and cream ice cream with the choco.
