there is literally no point to taking 1 fish oil tablet. 6 a day does stuff but iirc 9 is optimum for heart health and shit

today i have eaten:

2 apples
cheese sandwich
drank a coconut
protein shake
2 weetbix

breakfast: rice and tikka masala sauce (no meat or anything just leftover rice and sauce)
lunch: bread with tomato and cheese
snack: a immature coconut (water mostly, flesh was too difficult to get to)
